Community guidelines
A short, human guide to keeping cisvbook a trustworthy place.
Use your real identity
cisvbook works because people recognize each other. Use a real name and a recognizable photo so camp members can confirm who you are.
Request camps you genuinely attended
Only request participation in camps you actually attended or are legitimately connected to. This keeps each camp community accurate and trustworthy.
Respect other alumni
Treat fellow alumni with kindness. Do not upload harmful, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate content. Respect the privacy of other camp members.
Photos and content
Do not copy or redistribute private camp photos outside cisvbook without the consent of the people in them. Camp memories belong to the camp community they were shared with.
Camp access
Camp access is community-approved by the camp creator or an already-approved member of that camp. This peer approval is what keeps the directory honest.
Enforcement
cisvbook can remove content or accounts that violate community trust. We will act when necessary to protect the safety and privacy of CISV alumni.
